Greetings Altair Shipmates. Here is your monthly report for March 2022.
Spring is arriving and bringing lots of violent weather. All shipmates and families need to take extreme care when observing the forecasts. I sure to here in east Texas!
EMAIL PROBLEMS: Quite a few of the February Monthly Report emails were rejected by Gmail and other Google-hosted addresses. Even a few AOL addresses were rejected. My Fastmail account contacted the other hosts and found out that tons of emails claiming to be sent by the Fastmail.us domain were not actlually sent by Fastmail. SPAMMERS saying they were using the Fastmail.us account but were not. Fastmail has worked with the other email accounts and both have taken appropriate steps to resolve this. Always something, isn't it!!!!! If it happens again, I will just resend from my other personal Fastmail account which worked the last time.
FINANCIAL: The beginning and ending cash balance is $194.77, no changes. Beginning and ending savings balance of $2,886.37 with no changes. Beginning and ending Reunion Committee balance is $670.31 with no changes. Sum total of $3,751.45.
